Receipts
Don't take the pitch. Look at the output.
Most mastermind operators sell you access to their calendar. Here's what Brad Hart ships when he's not on a call — and what members compound alongside him.
The ledger
Counted, not claimed22,000 commits isn't the flex — that one person commanding agents produced them is.
Why the output looks like this
The ledger above isn't a bigger team working harder. It's a different job description — and it's the one members walk out with.
The old way
You're the bottleneck. Every site, doc, deal, and decision routes through your hands. You hand-build, you hand-type, you fall a little further behind every week.
The new way
You're the architect. You decide what's worth building; a fleet of agents ships it. Everything in the ledger is a team's-worth of output — from one person directing.
What Brad ships when he's not coaching
Ten months of every year go here. Members plug into the pipeline early and give team access alongside their own.
The operating system Optimus runs on — agent orchestration, memory, deployment infrastructure. A material-science research + licensing pipeline sits on top of it.
Route-as-truth speed alert app for iOS. Built, shipped, and field-tested on the road between Great Falls and Bozeman — running on the founder's own dashboard.
78 provisional patents filed with the USPTO, filing receipts on file — ~1,275 claims across 40 scientific domains — plus 41 papers published on Zenodo. Written, drafted, and filed by a live agent-driven pipeline.
The eight cataloged frameworks — ARMS, OSLO, FAST, CORE, AIMS, LEAD, RICE, FUSE. Published, live, in use by members.
Free content library — 100+ trainings and 100+ videos in the portal. The paid layer is that much better, but the free tier is deliberately rich enough to be useful on its own.
Fifteen patent drafts — a moon elevator and the space-IP infrastructure around it — queued behind the 78 already filed. The kind of thing that gets written when Brad isn't coaching.
The allocation
A common (and healthy) skepticism about masterminds is that the operator's day job is the mastermind itself — running it, marketing it, selling the next cohort. When that's true, the room stagnates. Brad's allocation is inverted: eight weeks a year go into the mastermind — one week of prep and one of debrief around each of three in-person events, plus the weekly call cadence. The other forty-four weeks go into building things that have never been built. That imbalance is on purpose, and it's the entire value proposition of what members get: early plug-in to the operating apparatus, not access to a calendar.
Credibility stack
- Seventy-eight provisional patents filed with the USPTO through the AIMS pipeline, filing receipts on file. Written, drafted, filed by a live agent-driven system Brad built.
- Five books authored — two on the mastermind model (The 8-Minute Mastermind, Million Dollar Masterminds) plus the three-volume DaD Papers — with the how-to published free at buildamastermind.com.
- Two years of recorded weekly calls — 73+ of them — with a verbatim member-quote wall published at gimmetheproof.com.
- Field-tested apps — the products in the ecosystem aren't case-study renders. They're running on the dashboard-mounted phone of the founder as we speak.
Member outcomes — a slice
One case study Brad presents from the stage. There are more; this is the one that lets the pattern speak for itself.
From 40-50 hrs/week on delivery to 10 hrs — same 5 clients.
Ashley joined the Optimus Mastermind, learned AI fundamentals, trained chatbots on her clients' brand voice and workflows, refined over about a year with the community, and cut her delivery workload by 4-5×. She's now moving from chatbot-augmented (she's the middleware) to agent-driven (they run autonomously) — with a projected 10-50× improvement over the original manual process. The freedom that unlocked: more clients without more hours; new service lines; scale without hiring; time back for gym, kids, naps, trips.

The eight interlocking frameworks
